Excel Janitorial Services, Inc. is fully insured, providing protection and peace of mind to our customers. We pay all employee taxes and insurances as required by State and Federal law. Excel Janitorial Services, Inc. is state licensed, state certified, and carries $2 million in comprehensive general liability Insurance (covering both bodily injury and property damage); $1 million in worker’s compensation insurance; $1 million in business automobile liability insurance (any auto non-owned and hired); and Excel Janitorial Services, Inc. maintains a third-party fidelity bond. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Excel Janitorial Services, Inc. adheres to all state and federal payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and liability insurances. Excel Janitorial Services does not sub-contract or provide 1099 forms to any of our janitorial team members. At no time will any of our customers have any non-documented employees providing services.
